Vuelta a Burgos third stage, an 11.6-kms-long TTT. Brilliant performance for Team Katusha: the Russian Team took second position 10’’ behind Movistar Team who won today. Acqua & Sapone completed the podium 13’’ behind the winning team. Thanks to this performance, the Team Katusha leader Joaquim Rodriguez keeps the leadership of the general classification, with a 7’’ gap over Sergio Pardilla (Movistar) and David Lopez (Movistar).

“I’m quite happy – said the Sport Director Mario Chiesa – "we were able to keep the general classification leadership with our leader Joaquim Rodriguez, gaining some seconds over one of the forerunners, Samuel Sanchez. We could have won today too: for some factors we didn’t, but it was a good performance anyways”.
